What helps us most
- Which screen you were on, and what you were doing
- Your device (e.g. iPhone 15 / Pixel 8) and its OS version
- The app version (shown at the very bottom of the Settings screen)
- When it happened, and roughly how often
There's no need to attach your recordings or what you said. If we need them to investigate, we'll ask you separately.
Our reply
